Request a missing merchant
There are 4 reasons why a merchant may not be available in Datafeedr:
1. The most common reason is that the merchant does not offer a data feed. If a merchant does not provide a data feed, it's impossible for us to integrate their products into our system.
2. We have not yet applied to a merchant's program. Even though we support many networks, we do not support every merchant in a network by default. We usually have to go through the same application and approval process as you do.
3. Sometimes our application has been rejected by the merchant. If this is the case, we are unable to add the merchant to our system. In these cases it can be helpful for you to request to the merchant that they reconsider our application.
4. Finally, sometimes merchant data feeds are of very poor quality or their last update time was too far in the past. In these cases, we do not integrate these data feeds into our system.
If a merchant you want has not been included in our system and that merchant does offer a data feed, contact us and let us know and we will do our best to add them to our system. Adding a new merchant can take a couple of weeks.
