Provide Access to WordPress Admin Area

Occasionally we may ask for access to your WordPress Admin Area in order to help you solve a problem or fix a bug. There are two methods that you can use to provide us access to your WordPress Admin Area: Temporary Login Without Password or New User Account. You only need to choose ONE of these methods, not both.

Temporary Login Without Password

This is the PREFERRED method.

This method relies on the Temporary Login Without Password plugin to provide access. Here's how to set it up:

  1. Install and activate the Temporary Login Without Password plugin.
  2. Navigate to WordPress Admin Area > Users > Temporary Logins.
  3. Click the [Create New] button.
  4. Fill in the following fields:
    • Email:
    • Role: Administrator
    • Expiry: One Week
    • Language: English
  5. Click [Submit]

After you click the [Submit] button you will be provided the  temporary login link. Click the "clipboard" icon next to the login link to copy the URL and email us the URL.
