DatafeedrHTTPError (Code 7) Failed to connect to api.datafeedr.com port 80

If you are receiving the following error, this can sometimes be due to your webhost blocking our domain or IP address.

Message: Failed to connect to api.datafeedr.com port 80: Connection timed out
Code: 7
Class: DatafeedrHTTPError

To help us determine if the problem is on Datafeedr's end or on your end, please try the following:

Download test file

Download the test.php.zip file.

Unzip

Unzip the test.php.zip file on your computer. You should then have a file named test.php.

Upload

Upload the test.php file to your website's root folder.

Browse to file

Go to the test.php file in your browser. For example, if your website is http://mysite.com, you would go to http://mysite.com/test.php

Check http_code value

If the value of http_code is anything other than 200, this is probably due to your web host having blocked our IP address or host. Please contact your web host and ask them to unblock (or whitelist) connections to api.datafeedr.com and 3.228.69.126.
